Three Tips for Taking Charge of your Child’s Health
Category:Have you ever worried about whether your children are getting adequate nutrition to help them grow well, stay healthy and support good learning ability?
I have three tips I’d like to share with you to help you do just that and these things make life better for the whole family. Here’s a short YouTube video I recorded to introduce you to the information I’m outlining below
Tip 1 – Encourage a healthy breakfast which includes some protein which keeps them satisfied longer than a carbohydrate loaded breakfast and helps their brain work better. For many a smoothie can help accomplish that. You can ask me what I use for that in the comments
Tip 2 – Since we know children can sometimes be fussy eaters or not willingly choose all the nutritious foods we want them to eat, then supplementing with a high quality children’s multi vitamin and mineral can make a big difference. I’ve posted an article in my Online Wellness Center that will give you insights into what you can look for in making that decision. Nice chart you can refer to make a comparison.

Tip 3 – Pay attention to your children so you can tell how they are doing. That may mean putting the phone down and having times doing activities together without electronics! By doing this, when your child is out of kilter, you can catch it sooner to keep things on track. In the Dr. Wootan Webinar that I promoted earlier this month, he gives parent’s a candid, straightforward guide to managing a child’s health care.
In this free webinar, you’ll learn: – How and why you should take charge of your child’s health
– Why kids have fevers, what it means and how to handle one
He gave a lot of good ideas – some were new to me and very interesting!

To access these you will need to create a free account with a password. There are no strings attached – just the gift of access to many excellent articles on interesting and current health topics
So those are my 3 tips today.
If you put those 3 tips into action you can know that you are making a conscious effort on your children’s behalf for their future. That’s a legacy most of us want to give!
You can also get more free goodies and super helpful tips from my Hub Site. It’s also a great way to contact me so I can answer any questions you may have.
Thanks for reading and watching the videos!! Till next time – all the best to you!!
Warmly,
